This Autumn Salad is a Nutrient Powerhouse!

Our flaxseed oil is rich in Omega-3s and acts as a true immune system booster! The beetroot, seeds, and nuts provide an extra vitamin kick to help you stay healthy during cold season.

For the Dressing, You’ll Need:

  • 4 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • Salt/herb salt to taste

For the Salad:

  • 1 cooked beetroot, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Toast the nuts and seeds over high heat. Combine everything in a bowl and mix well.

Tip: The salad tastes great even when the beetroot is still warm!
