Ingredients:
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp cacao or banana protein powder
- 1 banana
- Cinnamon
- Dash of Camelina Oil
