The Perfect Start for Busy Mornings

When time is short, this quick and nutrient-packed breakfast provides the perfect start to your day. With oats, banana, and a touch of Camelina Oil, it’s an energy booster that tastes great and keeps you going!

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml plant-based milk
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cacao or banana protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Dash of Camelina Oil

Simply blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately or prepare it to take with you for a delicious and nutritious breakfast on the go!
