This autumn recipe combines the power of oats, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds with the delightful flavor of chestnuts and the sweetness of cinnamon pears. Perfect for chilly mornings, it provides valuable plant-based protein and an extra dose of fiber to keep you energized throughout the day. Easy to make and full of flavor for a delicious start!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 50 g chestnuts (cooked and mashed)
- 1 pear
- Cinnamon
- Water
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Cut the pear into small pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon, and cook until soft with a splash of water. Enjoy!
