Pure and Natural Virgin Organic Oils

At Schalk Mühle, we use only the finest raw materials from Austria for our virgin oils—100% from checked and certified organic cultivation. Our production process avoids roasting the kernels and seeds to preserve the pure, characteristic flavor and natural color of the oil. Our oils are neither filtered nor refined, contain no additives, and are cold-pressed to maintain their integrity.

After pressing, our assortment of organic oils is allowed to settle for a few days to let any suspended particles settle. The clear oil is then carefully bottled one by one. The result is oils that are not only sensational in taste but also beneficial for health, providing essential nutrients vital for your well-being.
