Ingredients
- 500 g pumpkin pulp
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salad
- Ketchup
- burger buns
- some Pumpkin Seeds
- some salt
Preperation
- Cut the pumpkin flesh into about 1 cm thick slices and the onion into rings. Lay them alternately in a bowl. Add some soy sauce and olive oil. Leave in the fridge for one day.
- Prepare a pot with boiling water, add some salt and the pumpkin slices and let it boil gently for about 10 minutes
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté the slices and seeds on both sides.
- Serving: Divide the buns. Add slice of salad, pumpkin slices and seeds, then put some ketchup and onion rings on top and put the top of the bun back on top.
