Revocation Instruction

You may give the goods back without stating reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The deadline begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form (email), but not before receipt of the goods. Only if the goods cannot be sent as a package, you may also request the return in written form. The timely dispatch of the goods or the request of return is sufficient in order to meet the deadline. In any case, the return of goods is at our expense and risk. The return or the request of return must be made to:

Consequences of Return

In the case of an effective return, each party shall return to the other any performance already received, and any benefits derived must be surrendered. If the goods have deteriorated and for benefits derived (e.g. benefits from use), and if the goods cannot be surrendered in their complete state, or can be done so in a deteriorated condition only, and if this can be attributed to improper use that exceeds the test of the characteristics and the functionality, then you shall be obliged to compensate us. “Testing the characteristics and the functionality” means trying and testing the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the deadline begins with the dispatch of the goods or the request of return, for us, it begins with the receipt.
