We therefore use the equivalent term pair &#8220;right of withdrawal (right of rescission)&#8221;. In the withdrawal instructions, only the term &#8220;right of withdrawal&#8221; is used. This is equivalent to the Austrian term &#8220;right of rescission&#8221;.   <\/p><p>The withdrawal period\u2014without stating reasons\u2014is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3>(ii) No Right of Withdrawal<\/h3><p>According to \u00a7 18 FAGG, the customer has no right of withdrawal (in addition to other exceptions) for:<\/p><ul><li>Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.<\/li><li>Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly<br\/>exceeded.<\/li><li>Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided their seal was removed after delivery.<\/li><li>Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><h3>(iii) Consequences of Withdrawal<\/h3><p>If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p><p>For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.<\/p><p>We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p><p>You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. <\/p><p>You must bear the cost of return shipping. In the case of signs of use, damaged packaging or goods, missing parts, or unpaid return shipping costs, Schalk M\u00fchle will charge a reasonable fee for use, including compensation for any associated reduction in the common value of the service (see (ii)). <\/p><p>If you withdraw from a contract for online vouchers (Schalk M\u00fchle Genussschein), it will be blocked for further use. If the voucher is redeemed\u2014in whole or in part\u2014before this time, the payment to be made by Schalk M\u00fchle will be reduced by the amount you have already redeemed, as the prior use of the voucher is not attributable to handling that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the voucher (see (ii)). <\/p><p> <\/p><h3>(iv) Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal<\/h3><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You have the following options: <\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">You send us an informal statement by post or email.<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">You use our online form <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"#vertrag-widerrufen\">Withdraw from Contract<\/a> and submit your withdrawal directly electronically via our website.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>If you use the online form, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
