The rapeseed comes entirely from Austria and is processed directly at our family business. This gentle processing preserves the natural properties as much as possible and gives the oil its mild, balanced flavor.  <\/p>\n<p>Virgin rapeseed oil is considered one of the most valuable edible oils of all. It is characterized by a nutritionally ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, which optimally supports the body in a conscious and heart-healthy diet. In addition, it naturally contains valuable vitamin E, which acts as a powerful antioxidant in the body and protects cells from oxidative stress.  <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its balanced character, the oil is an ideal everyday companion and is one of the most versatile vegetable oils. It impresses with its fine, subtle aroma and enhances other ingredients without being overpowering.
