This preserves the original character of the pumpkin seeds particularly well. These are pressed directly at the Schalk M\u00fchle without prior roasting, ensuring the sensitive nutrients of the kernel remain fully intact. <\/p>\n<p>By avoiding roasting, the temperature-sensitive vital substances are preserved in their purest form. This virgin oil scores with unsaturated fatty acids, plenty of vitamin E, zinc, and phytosterols.
