This makes it one of the few black cumin oils with traceable, regional origin \u2013 a crucial quality difference. The Austrian origin enables short transport routes and full traceability back to the field.  <\/p>\n<p>The careful processing optimally preserves the natural properties of the seeds. The oil impresses with its intensely spicy, slightly tart flavor and its unmistakable, distinctive note. Particularly recommended for a balanced diet, this oil is often consumed pure daily. Recommended dosage: one teaspoon per day \u2013 before or with breakfast.
