They can be flexibly incorporated into a wide range of dishes \u2013 from fresh salads to light Mediterranean recipes. <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to their stable structure, they keep their shape even after cooking and provide a great texture. Their protein content makes them an easy addition to versatile, plant-forward meals. <\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s special about these small legumes is that they don\u2019t need to be soaked before cooking. Simply cover the Pardina lentils in a pot with three to four times the amount of water, bring briefly to a boil, and simmer at a low temperature for approx. 30 minutes.
