Then this <strong>Berry Nicecream<\/strong> is just the thing! This healthy ice-cream alternative contains no classic household sugar at all. A Medjool date provides natural sweetness, while the <strong>Organic Multi Berry Protein Mix<\/strong> and organic sunflower seed butter perfectly complement this simple nicecream recipe.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2013 150 g frozen banana slices<br\/>\u2013 150 g frozen (wild) blueberries<br\/>\u2013 1 Medjool date<br\/>\u2013 50 ml coconut water<br\/>\u2013 1 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/schalk-muehle.at\/en\/shop\/organic-proteins\/organic-high-protein-mixes\/multi-berry-protein-mix\/\">Organic Multi Berry Protein Mix<\/a><br\/>\u2013 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)<br\/>\u2013 1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/schalk-muehle.at\/en\/shop\/organic-delicacies\/organic-nut-seed-butters\/organic-sunflower-seed-puree\/\">Organic Sunflower Seed Butter<\/a><\/span><br\/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2013 a handful of blackberries<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"902\">Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chop the Medjool date and place it in a blender together with the frozen banana slices and wild blueberries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the coconut water and berry mix powder and blend for about one minute until frothy\/creamy.
