The lentils are light to medium brown in color, with a yellow interior. Their taste is hearty and aromatic, with a nutty flavor. Furthermore, Pardina lentils have excellent cooking properties, as they retain their shape, structure, and color during cooking. Since these lentils do not disintegrate, they are excellent for use in salads. However, Pardina lentils are also ideally suited for any other lentil dish, such as soups, stews, spreads, and appetizers. Due to their small diameter, they do not need to be soaked beforehand and can be prepared very quickly.      <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pardina lentils have an aromatic, slightly nutty flavor.
