It was only later that the food sector became more interesting, reaching its peak in the production of margarine. Today, rapeseed is used as an edible oil and biofuel.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After a renewed growth phase in spring, flowering begins around mid-May and lasts for about four weeks.
