This unique flavor and the black color are the hallmarks of these small lentils. Unlike beans or other types of lentils, you can cook dried Beluga lentils directly without having to soak them beforehand. Ours are of 100% Austrian origin and from controlled organic cultivation.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beluga lentils are almost exclusively offered dried.
