Da das Verhältnis von Omega 3 zu Omega 6 besser ist, habe ich mich dafür entschieden, ausserdem schmeckt es mir besser als Leinöl. Gebe es ins Joghurt. Gebe je nach Salat 1x Olivenöl oder Leindotteröl rein.
