The special feature of these small Pardina lentils is that they don’t require soaking before cooking. Simply add three to four times their volume of water in a pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Once tender, drain the water, and they’re ready to enjoy in your favorite dishes.
