Our protein mix with wheatgrass and barley grass pairs perfectly with fresh fruit and is sure to become your new companion for the summer and the gym. This green smoothie shake follows a very simple recipe and can be easily varied with a wide range of fruits. Ingredients

• 200 ml plant-based milk
• 25 g Green Grass Protein Mix
• 2 apples & kiwis
• (or other fruit)
• 2 oranges

Preparation

1. Cut the kiwis and apples into small pieces and squeeze the 2 oranges.
2. Measure out 200 ml of milk.
3. Then add approx. 2 1/2 tablespoons of protein powder, the milk, fresh orange juice, and the chopped fruit into a blender.
4. Blend all ingredients together well.
5. Add crushed ice or small ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is creamy.

Tip: It is best to enjoy the shake cold. Therefore, add ice cubes immediately or let the shake sit in the refrigerator for a while.
