Our vegan berry shortcrust cookies are not only heavenly delicious but also perfect for baking together with children. The dough is very easy to work with, and cutting out the shapes is especially fun for the little ones! ❤️
The recipe:
250g spelt flour
75g Berry Mix Protein Powder
100g sifted powdered sugar
1 pkg vanilla sugar
1 pinch of baking powder
250g margarine
⭐ Tip: When festively decorated, these cookies are a highlight in any Christmas cookie tin or on a colorful cookie platter!
