These raw vegan apple-nut clouds with nut mix and applesauce frosting are not only delicious but also packed with natural ingredients like dates, applesauce, cinnamon, and plant-based protein. Ideal as a snack between meals, a healthy treat, or as meal prep for on the go – these no-bake bars are prepared in no time and can be frozen perfectly. Try them now and snack healthier! Dough ingredients: – 300 g nut mix
– 300 g Sukkary dates – 3 tbsp applesauce
– 50 g organic Apple-Quince Protein Mix
– 3 tbsp psyllium husks
– 1 tbsp cinnamon Sliced tiger nuts for the base and toppingApplesauce frosting ingredients: – 6 tbsp applesauce – 3 tbsp coconut oil – 1 tbsp date sugar
– 1 tbsp organic Apple-Quince Protein Mix – 1 tsp cinnamon Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough.
Add the dates and applesauce and mix again.
Cover the bottom of a silicone mold or a mold lined with parchment paper (approx. 20×20 cm) with sliced tiger nuts.
Press the dough into the mold or spread it flat.
Mix the ingredients for the applesauce frosting together. (Warm slightly so that no lumps form with the coconut oil.)
Apply the frosting evenly to the dough.
Sprinkle with sliced tiger nuts.
Freeze for at least one hour and cut into bite-sized pieces while frozen.
