With a mix of moist vanilla protein, ground almonds and a hint of lemon, this bundt cake is just the thing to treat you.

Ingredients:
• 40 g margarine
• 90 g brown sugar
• 80 g vanilla protein mix
• 30 g almonds, ground
• 180 g flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 80 ml rapeseed oil
• 200 ml plant-based drink (e.g. oat, almond…)
• zest and juice of half an organic lemon
• berries for decoration

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 180°C for 45 min.
Dust with icing sugar and serve garnished with fresh berries!
