Matcha Power Cookies – the perfect energy snack!

These crunchy cookies combine the natural sweetness of whole cane sugar with the delicate aroma of matcha. Thanks to oats, oat flour, and cashews, they provide long-lasting energy – perfect for in-between meals! Quick to make and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

• 125 g margarine
• 125 g whole cane sugar
• 100 g oat flour
• 100 g rolled oats
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 knife tip of vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 6 tsp Matcha Protein Mix
• 100 g cashews (chopped as desired)

Preparation:

1. Cream margarine and whole cane sugar until fluffy.
2. Add oat flour, rolled oats, salt, vanilla, baking powder, and matcha, and stir briefly.
3. Fold in cashews.
4. Form small balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C convection for approx. 12 minutes.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
