– 250 g wheat flour – 500 ml milk – 2 eggs – 1 pinch of salt – a little oil for the pan Toppings:
– 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream – powdered sugar – organic Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI – organic pumpkin seed spread with cocoa – organic pumpkin seeds with dark chocolate Preparation:

For the Palatschinken, mix the wheat flour, milk, eggs and a little salt, and let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
Then fry the Palatschinken in a little oil in a pan until golden.
Fill the warm Palatschinken with the pumpkin seed cocoa spread and garnish with berries, powdered sugar and the chocolate-coated pumpkin seeds.
Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream on the Palatschinken and drizzle with a little Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI.
