Fluffy Protein Schalkolade-Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup coconut yogurt
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup whole spelt flour
• 1/2 cup Schalkolade Protein Powder
• 1/2 cup rapeseed oil
• 1/2 packet baking powder
• 2 tsp baking cocoa
• Optional: 1/2 cup sugar (for those who prefer it sweeter)
• 2 grated apples

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Carefully fold in the grated apples.
3. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
4. Bake at 160 degrees convection for approximately 30 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and enjoy!
