Vegan hemp brownies

Our vegan hemp brownies with hemp protein are the ideal combination of indulgence and nutritional value – perfect as a snack between meals, as a healthy sweet treat, or for special occasions. Not only are they quick and easy to bake, but thanks to hemp nuts and raw sunflower seed butter, they also provide valuable plant-based proteins and healthy fats. Try this recipe and see for yourself how good healthy eating can taste! Ingredients

210 g cane sugar
200 g wheat flour
60 g organic raw hemp protein
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
4 tbsp cornstarch
100 g cocoa powder
110 g powdered sugar
150 ml organic virgin sunflower oil
120 ml apple molasses (you can also use another syrup, honey, or maple syrup)
120 ml water
3 tbsp organic raw sunflower seed butter
60–120 g organic hemp nuts

Baking time: 35–40 min at 180°C (do the skewer test) Preparation

First, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, organic raw hemp protein, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cornstarch, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and organic raw hemp nuts) in a bowl. It is best to sift the baking powder and powdered sugar into the bowl to prevent lumps.
Then mix the liquid ingredients, i.e. the organic virgin sunflower oil, the syrup, and the water.
Now stir the liquid into the baking mix until a thick mixture forms, then add the three tbsp of raw sunflower seed butter.
Spread the chocolate-brown mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased with oil (approx. 20 x 30 cm) and bake at the temperature stated above. Do not be fooled by the consistency when baked, as the brownies will firm up further as they cool!
