Our organic virgin sunflower oil is obtained from carefully selected sunflower seeds from Austrian organic agriculture and gently cold-pressed. This preserves the natural properties as best as possible and the oil impresses with its mild, pleasantly balanced taste.

Thanks to its fine, subtle aroma, it is a particularly versatile oil for everyday cooking. At Schalk Mühle, we place great emphasis on careful processing, resulting in a natural oil that harmoniously complements a wide variety of dishes.
The sunflower seeds are 100% from Austria and are processed directly in our family business – for short distances and the highest quality.

Sunflower oil is suitable for both cold dishes and warm meals and goes well with salads, vegetable dishes or classic everyday recipes. It enhances the flavors without being overpowering.
