Our organic virgin thistle oil is obtained from carefully selected thistle seeds from controlled organic farming and is gently cold-pressed. This natural processing ensures that the valuable ingredients are preserved as best as possible and the oil impresses with its particularly mild, fine note.

At Schalk Mühle, we place great value on quality and care in every processing step. This results in a light, bright vegetable oil that can be used in many ways in the kitchen and blends harmoniously into a wide variety of dishes thanks to its subtle characteristics.

Organic thistle oil is particularly suitable for cold dishes and is ideal for salads, marinades, or fine vegetable dishes. It lends dishes a pleasant freshness without masking other flavors.
