• 250g organic sour cream (for the vegan version: 250g organic soy yogurt, unsweetened)
• 3 organic garlic cloves
• 3 tbsp organic Virgin Safflower Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Herbs to taste

Preparation Mix the organic sour cream with the organic Virgin Safflower Oil. Then, crush the garlic cloves using a garlic press and add them to the mixture. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, and various herbs, such as chives or parsley. DONE! Tip Drizzle a little more safflower oil over the top just before serving, because as the saying goes, you eat with your eyes first.
