Known for a long time, recognised late: The positive effects of hemp have been known for centuries, but the nutty-tasting miracle plant only very cautiously found its way onto our supermarket shelves. Completely incomprehensible, in our opinion. Processed into the finest organic hemp oil, hemp impresses above all with the perfect ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids, as well as many important vitamins and minerals. Combined with tomatoes, it is an unbeatable power booster and super easy to prepare: Ingredients

• Cherry tomatoes
• Organic virgin hemp oil
• Organic & raw hemp seeds
• Vinegar
• Salt, pepper

  Preparation

1. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
2. Depending on taste, drizzle approx. 2 tbsp organic virgin hemp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar over the tomatoes.
3. Top and serve with organic & raw hemp seeds, salt and pepper.

Small tip For an extra nutty flavour, mix the marinade in a separate bowl with 1 tsp organic hemp nut pesto. You can thank us later! 🙂
