Our organic hemp oil is obtained from carefully selected hemp seeds from certified organic Austrian agriculture. Our experience ensures the highest quality: At Schalk Mühle, the seeds are cold-pressed in their virgin state. This consistent avoidance of roasting and heat optimally protects the delicate, natural ingredients. Through this gentle, mechanical processing, we guarantee a completely natural plant oil that is characterized by its distinctive dark green color and its typical mild-nutty taste with a slightly fresh, herbaceous-green note.

What makes hemp oil special is its naturally perfect ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids (approx. 1:3), which corresponds to the optimal needs of the human body. It also provides valuable vitamin E and the rare gamma-linolenic acid. This makes it a wonderfully natural complement to a conscious, balanced diet.
