The
Kürbifees – vegan pralines with dates and pumpkin seed protein – are not only a heavenly treat, but also a real energy booster for in between. With just a few wholesome ingredients such as
cashew nuts,
Medjool dates and
organic pumpkin seed butter, you can create a
healthy snack without added sugar in no time, which fits perfectly into a conscious diet. The combination of
natural sweetness,
creamy filling and melt-in-the-mouth date chocolate makes these pralines irresistible – completely guilt-free!
Ingredients:– 200 g cashew nuts
– 80 g Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein raw– 260 g Medjool dates
– 1 pinch of salt
– approx. 1 tbsp Organic Pumpkin Seed Butter
– 50 g dark date chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation:
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add the Medjool dates (pitted) and blend into a fine sticky
mixture.
- Press the dough into half-round silicone molds (⅔ full).
- Press a small well into the center of the dough and fill it with pumpkin seed butter.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil and fill or cover the rest of the molds.
- Freeze for about one hour and press the contents out of the mold. Allow to thaw briefly and enjoy.
