BBQ sauce recipe:
You will need:
– 1 tbsp Essential Amino Protein Mix*
– 2 tbsp ketchup
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– a little pepper
