Ingredients:
– 50 g millet
– 250 g soy drink
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 date
– 1/2 banana
– 15 g CHOCO CHARME organic Protein Mix
– 1 tsp cocoa powder

Toppings:
hemp seeds, hazelnut butter, cocoa nibs, dark chocolate, half a banana, cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Toast the millet in a pot without fat for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the soy drink, a pinch of salt, the date and the mashed half banana, and gently simmer everything over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the millet is soft and creamy.
3. Stir in the protein powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon.
4. Transfer the porridge to a bowl, add toppings as desired and enjoy.
