The sweet, healthy snack for anytime 🙂

The perfect ENERGY BALLS for a hike, during sports, or simply as a sweet snack for in-between meals.

What you need:
– 80g dates (lightly pureed with a splash of water)
– 100g ground almonds
– 200g finely grated carrots
– 120g rolled oats
– 30g brown almond butter
– Cinnamon
– 3 tbsp Vegan High Protein (@schalkmuehle)

Knead all ingredients, form about 20-25 balls, and roll them in shredded coconut!
