Who can resist this Schalkolade temptation? Well? Neither can we. Thankfully, dear Jamie (@jamielee_anchor) revealed her secret for these dream brownies! Ingredients

• 1/2 zucchini
• 1 egg (vegan alternative: replace 1 egg with 2–3 tbsp applesauce)
• as needed almond/coconut milk
• 40 g spelt flour
• 20 g coconut flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 3 tbsp Schalkolade Protein Mix COCOA
• 3 tbsp xylitol
• Half a bar of dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

1. Grate the zucchini and blend with flour, Schalkolade, cocoa, baking powder, xylitol and egg. (Tip: Add a little milk as needed until it becomes a creamy batter.)
2. Melt the butter and add it to the batter.
3. Then melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and stir it into the batter as well.
4. Bake the brownies at 180°C (fan) for approx. 20–25 minutes.

Finally, you can spread the remaining chocolate on the brownies as a topping! Let it dry and enjoy.
