Ingredients
- 300g organic chickpeas
- 5 tbsp organic virgin sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp organic raw sunflower seed purée
- Coriander, cumin, salt, pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- A piece of garlic
- 100ml water
Preparation
- Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight.
- Then cook the chickpeas until soft.
- Mix the cooked chickpeas with all ingredients and purée gradually.
- Add more or less liquid, oil, or purée as needed to create a creamy hummus.
- Season to taste (some prefer it spicy).
