This fruity chia pudding is perfect for breakfast or as a snack-to-go: creamy, slightly sweet, very nutritious, and a great source of fiber.
Berry Chia Pudding
- 20 g organic chia seeds
- 70 ml milk of choice
- 2 teaspoons coconut blossom sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 g rolled oats
- 50 g coconut yogurt of choice
- 100 g berries, fresh or frozen
- 10 g organic hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons organic hemp seed cream with cocoa

Preparation
- Prepare the chia pudding: Place the chia seeds in a glass and mix well with the milk, coconut blossom sugar, and a pinch of salt. Then cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- Place the berries with the coconut blossom sugar in a pot and heat over medium heat. Cook the berries for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until they have reduced to a thick sauce. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Now you can layer your berry chia pudding as you like. We made our layers like this:

- Berry sauce
- Hemp cream
- Berries and hemp seeds for decoration
