Sunflower Seed Spread with Pumpkin Seed Oil

We bring sunshine to your breakfast! With this easy recipe, you can conjure up an excellent start to the day and a radiant smile on your face in just a few simple steps. Ingredients for 5 Servings (Cups)

2 1/2 cups organic & raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons organic Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI
2 tablespoons roasted sesame oil
2 shallots, peeled and chopped
454 g silken tofu
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 pinch freshly ground pepper
Juice of one lemon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a creamy consistency is achieved (Tip: If necessary, thin with a little water)
DONE! Easy, we promise! Leftovers can be easily stored in an empty Schalk Mühle screw-top jar 😉
