Chili noodles with hemp nut pesto

350 g chili noodles
3 tbsp organic hemp seeds
a handful of walnuts
1 jar of organic hemp nut pesto

Also

a handful of tomatoes
Parmesan
Feta
Leek
a handful of sun-dried tomatoes
Parsley

Preparation

Bring the pasta water to a boil, add a little salt and add the noodles.
Briefly toast the hemp seeds and walnuts in a pan without fat. Dice the tomatoes, leek and feta.
As soon as the noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water, put them in a pan and add the hemp nut pesto, as well as the nuts and seeds.
Then add the chopped tomatoes, leek, feta and parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
When serving, we also refined the noodles with Parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.
