Ingredients

• 1 l oat drink
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 6 tbsp starch
• 4 tbsp cane sugar
• 4 tsp cinnamon
• 3 tbsp Schalkolade

• 300–400 g organic sour cherries in a jar
• 1 tbsp starch
• 1 tbsp cane sugar
• 1 tbsp flaxseed protein

Preparation

1. Pudding:
   • Bring 800 ml oat drink to a boil in a pot.
   • Stir the remaining 200 ml oat drink with starch, vanilla sugar, cane sugar, cinnamon, and Schalkolade until smooth.
   • Stir the mixture into the hot oat drink and simmer for approximately 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
   • Divide the finished pudding among 5–6 glasses and refrigerate.
2. Sour Cherry Topping:
   • Remove a little liquid from the sour cherry jar and stir until smooth with starch, cane sugar, and flaxseed protein.
   • Heat the remaining sour cherries in a pot, stir in the prepared mixture, and simmer everything for another 3–4 minutes.
3. Serving:
   • Spoon the sour cherries onto the chilled pudding.
   • Optional: Crumble vanilla balls on top as a topping.
