Flaxseed Protein Pudding

This Flaxseed Protein Pudding is much more than just a sweet dessert – it’s a real muscle booster! 600 ml organic chocolate soy drink
50 ml water
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp organic raw flaxseed protein powder
5 tbsp organic Fairtrade cane sugar
3 tbsp organic Fairtrade cocoa powder

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together while cold (preferably directly in the saucepan).
Bring the entire mixture to a brief boil until a pudding consistency is achieved.
Immediately pour the pudding mixture into cold containers (glasses, bowls,…).
Let it cool and ideally enjoy it while still warm.
