Short on time in the morning but still in the mood for a healthy, balanced breakfast? This protein strawberry chia pudding is the ideal solution for a quick, nutrient-rich start to the day. With soy drink, chia seeds, fresh strawberries and the STRAWBERRY STAR organic Protein Mix, this recipe provides high-quality plant-based protein, fibre and natural sweetness – with hardly any effort. The pudding can be perfectly prepared the evening before, is vegan, filling and is ideal as a meal-prep breakfast or healthy snack in between. Fruity, creamy and versatile with toppings – ideal for anyone who likes it uncomplicated and delicious.   Ingredients (1 large serving):
– 200 ml soy drink – 3 tbsp organic chia seeds – 1/2 tbsp maple syrup – 15 g STRAWBERRY STAR organic Protein Mix – 50 g strawberries – finely chopped Toppings:
– Soy skyr, granola, fresh strawberries, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, nut butter   Preparation:

1. Mix the soy drink, chia seeds, maple syrup, Strawberry Star protein powder and the strawberry pieces well in a bowl.
2. Cover and leave to swell in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
3. Before serving, mix well again and garnish with soy skyr, granola, fresh strawberries and your favourite toppings.
