Have you ever been in a situation where you want to surprise someone, but you just don’t have a really good idea? It should be something special, but also go through the stomach, taste good, and look cool? Then we not only take our hats off to you (man or woman), but also help a little to lift the romantic mood. After all, a well-known proverb says: “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach…”

Ingredients
- 150g raw & shelled hemp seeds
- 30g organic pumpkin seed protein powder, roasted
- 8 tbsp organic Styrian pumpkin seed oil PDO
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 organic free-range eggs
- 150g sugar
- 250g natural yogurt
- 220g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
1. Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until frothy.
2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius convection and grease a springform pan (heart-shaped if possible).
3. Stir the yogurt and pumpkin seed oil into the egg mixture.
4. Mix the hemp seeds well with the flour, pumpkin seed protein powder, and baking powder, then gradually fold into the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour the finished batter into the pan and bake for approx. 40 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool down afterwards and, if you wish, drizzle with melted chocolate.
