Ingredients

– 250 g organic quark
– 3 tbsp organic pumpkin seed butter
– 4 tbsp organic Styrian pumpkin seed oil g.g.A.
– 1 clove of garlic
– Salt, pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic or crush it with a garlic press and mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the colour is uniform. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The spread looks better if you also mix in some chopped pumpkin seeds.
