No joke and now in all seriousness, Sterz is no longer at the top of our meal list and is unfortunately made at home far too rarely. We want to change that a little and have created a really great recipe for you to try. It became buckwheat Sterz with hemp flavor. A mixture of the good old recipe from grandmother, spiced up with our organic products. Ingredients for the Sterz

• 100g buckwheat flour
• 2 tablespoons organic sunflower oil
• Water
• Salt

Ingredients for the topping, yogurt hemp cream

• Soy yogurt
• 1 tbsp organic hemp seed protein powder
• a splash of lemon juice
• 2 tsp organic hulled hemp seeds

  Preparation

1. Heat the sunflower oil slightly in a pan.
2. Add the flour and toast it (linden) or add the salt right away.
3. Gradually deglaze the flour with water until small crumbs form and then continue roasting them in the pan.
4. For the cream, mix yogurt and protein powder.
5. Add a few drops of lemon juice, let it sit briefly.
6. Then fill the jars in layers, first the cream, then the Sterz and finally the hulled hemp seeds
