They consist of a few, natural organic ingredients, are gently dried at 40 °C in a dehydrator, making them ideal for a raw food diet. These crackers are a real highlight for anyone who wants to enjoy consciously. Discover the simple recipe for your new favorite snack now! Ingredients: – 300 g yellow zucchini
– 100 g sprouted organic buckwheat – 30 g organic flaxseed
– 1 tbsp herb salt Preparation:
Soak buckwheat seeds overnight. Drain the water and rinse with clear water. Let them sprout in a sprouting jar for approx. 2 days. Dry the sprouts in a dehydrator at 40°C for approx. 3 hours.
Mix buckwheat and flaxseed.
Add shredded zucchini and herb salt and mix.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a dehydrator sheet.
Dry in a dehydrator for approx. 20 hours at 40°C.
Break into coarse pieces and store in an airtight jar.
