Ingredients
– 20 g organic chia seeds
– 100 ml plant-based milk
– 1 tsp agave syrup
– 30 g rolled oats
– 30 g plant-based yogurt
– 20 g apple sauce
– 1/2 apple
– 1 pinch of cinnamon
– 2 tsp organic hemp seed spread with cocoa
– 15 g coconut flakes/shredded coconut
– 15 g almonds
Preparation
- Prepare the chia pudding: Place the chia seeds in a glass and stir well with the milk and agave syrup. Then cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- Cut the apple into small pieces and sauté over medium heat (without oil) for approx. 5 minutes, adding a little cinnamon.
- Assemble the bowl: Place the soaked chia seeds in a bowl and add the yogurt, apple pieces, apple sauce, and oats.
- Finally, top the bowl with our hemp seed spread, almonds, and coconut flakes and enjoy.
