Styrian Pumpkin Kernel Hummus

• 150 g chickpeas
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
• 100–150 ml chickpea cooking water
• 2 tbsp chopped pumpkin kernels
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seed protein
• 1 garlic clove
• Salt, pepper

Preparation: Soak the chickpeas overnight and cook until very soft. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the hummus reaches the desired consistency. Taste and season if necessary. Serve your pumpkin kernel hummus with fresh vegetables, crackers, or simply as a spread.
