These vegan organic crackers taste absolutely delicious and are very easy to make. All you need are 6 different nuts/seeds/kernels and some sunflower oil.

Ingredients
- 50g organic pumpkin seeds
- 50g organic hemp seeds
- 100g organic sunflower protein powder
- 100g organic flax protein powder
- 50g organic flax seeds
- 50g organic sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp organic sunflower oil
- 400ml water
- 1 tsp salt
(You can also add spices according to your preferences)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 150 °C. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the cracker mixture thinly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove briefly and cut into desired shapes (you can also use cookie cutters). Then dry in the oven for another 105 minutes. Let cool and ideally serve with various spreads – very filling!
