– 150 g raw organic sunflower seeds – 50 g raw organic pumpkin seeds – 50 g raw organic flaxseeds – 50 g raw organic buckwheat – 2 tbsp psyllium husks – 1 tbsp bread spice – 2 pinches of salt – 350 ml warm water – 1 tsp date syrup Preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients together and dissolve the date syrup in the water.
2. Stir everything together with half of the liquid.
3. After approx. 2 hours, add the remaining liquid – press the mixture into a dish (e.g., a baking dish) and let it soak at least overnight or for 24 hours (covered with a tea towel).
4. Cut out slices using a spatula – place them on a dehydrator tray – reshape them to ensure an even height.
5. Dehydrate in the dehydrator for approx. 6 hours at 40°C.
